About Engineering Support Services

Engineering Support Southwest - Our Story

The Engineering Support Services Arizona Story

Engineering Support Services began in the Chicago area In 2011. Our founders saw a need for engineering support to condo associations, hospitality companies and other engineering firms. Within a short time, we found that condominium and townhome managers needed enhanced services. And ESS had the skills and experience they needed. As a result, ESS became a Licensed Professional Engineering Firm in 2015.

In 2019, it became clear that building owners and managers in the desert Southwest could use our experience, too. So, we opened our Southwest regional office in the Phoenix area.

Over the years, our team has grown and our skills expanded. In addition to condo and townhome managers, we now provide services to commercial properties and single-family homeowners. Our team includes professional engineers, architects and NADRA-certified balcony and deck inspectors. Most recently, we added experienced stucco and EIFS specialists to the team to help commercial and residential building owners in both regions.

Engineering Support Southwest - Our Mission

Our Mission in Arizona

Engineering Support Services has always been dedicated to helping its clients succeed. Lots of engineering firms say that, but we put over 170 years of combined experience behind the claim. Our real-world construction and engineering experience is a difference maker for building managers, building owners and association boards.

Our dedication to client success doesn’t end when a project or assessment finishes. We are committed to long-term client success. Building and maintaining relationships is key to ESS. We build every proposal and manage every project with that in mind. And we don’t disappear when a project is complete. We’re here to help you with any issues or concerns.

One way demonstrate our commitment is in the way we maintain open and clear lines of communication with our clients. Our first goal on every project is to understand the situation first-hand. When possible, we visit the job site before writing proposals. Once the inspection or assessment is complete, we create reports, specs and drawings that everyone can understand and use.

When you work with ESS, you’re working with dedicated, experienced building professoinals who care about your buildings and your success.
